They have always helped me find rare vinyl and when they didn't have it...they showed me where to find it online with no profit for them. Who does that?!

Always friendly AND super helpful!

I didn't know much about the store until I moved to Johnson City, Tennessee. Now it is one of my favorite places to be, whether or not I am actually buying something. Looking through all the records can be a therapeutic thing. They have a solid selection of new/used vinyl and CDs for a store their size. The first time I entered the store, I was greeted with a "Hey man, what's up?" I asked about a record, which prompted the employee to gladly hop up and get it for me from a display. They made me feel welcome, and after a few more visits, they knew me by name. They don't have everything, but anytime I ask about a specific title, they are more than willing to check their bins, and if it is not in their inventory, they will look it up for you to possibly special order. As soon as the special order gets to them, they give me a call or send me a message on Facebook. Each employee has a vast knowledge of all different kinds of music. On occasion, I'll just go in there to look around and talk. They are a good group of people, who just happen to work at a record store. You can't argue with their prices either. More times than not, they are equal to or lesser than other stores/websites. Looking forward to my next visit already.
